• Every day you receive a sales invitation email announcing the sales about to start that morning 
• On opening them you can head directly to the sale or pre-register for upcoming events 

3. Stunning, easy and transparent shopping experience 

• By logging on early you get the best pick of available items 
• Clicking on product description allows you to see the item as if it were right infront of you 
• Simply pop desired items in your basket and continue shopping 
• Items do sell out and we serve of a first come first served basis 

4. Private environment and secure payment process 

• Clicking on your basket and pressing buy sets your purchase off
• You can add your address knowing that all information will be kept private 
• You can save on purchases by referring friends an earning $10 coupons which you can simply select to use at this point 
• Re-enter card details without any worries given our Verisign / Westpac and eWay secured payment platform

5. Red carpet during and after sales service 

• On purchase you are sent a sale confirmation email
• You can amend your orders and track deliveries right through our warehouse  to your door in the My Delivery section of the site
